Those coming with their own transport should count on a journey of over 1450km. (calculated from Utrecht)

For those coming in, these are the options:

• Our Agriturismo is just a good 15-minute drive from Ancona airport. You can fly to Ancona with Ryanair from Weeze or from Charleroi. 
• You can fly to Perugia (an hour to us) with Transavia from Rotterdam-The Hague airport.
  You can also take Ryanair from Charleroi to Perugia .

There are options on all days of the week from Eindhoven to Bologna with Transavia or Ryanair or from Amsterdam to Bologna with KLM. With no traffic jams, you can get there by car in two hours. There is also a good train connection.

• You could also fly to Pescara (less than two hours away) from Weeze or from Charleroi.
• Flying to Rome (three hours by car) is an option, if you want to see more.

Rent a car?

Own transport is indispensable locally, so those flying in may need to rent a car. This is usually not a problem at any airport. We recommend booking the car in advance via Sunny Cars; they are very easy on terms and very reliable.
Please note that renting a car requires a credit card with pin code; in our experience, there are many Dutch people who do not have the pin code of their credit card ready.
