Agrturismo Qui Voglio - Monte Roberto - Italia

1. Rent and payment

Betaling van de overeengekomen huurprijs (hierna: ‘Huurprijs’) zoals deze vermeld wordt in de reserveringsbevestiging, geschiedt in twee termijnen. De eerste termijn bedraagt 20% van de Huurprijs en dient binnen twee weken na ontvangst van de bevestiging van de reservering en deze algemene voorwaarden voldaan te worden. De tweede termijn bedraagt de resterende 80% en dient uiterlijk vier weken voor aanvang van de overeengekomen huurperiode door Agriturismo Qui Voglio, hierna ook te noemen ‘Verhuurder’, ontvangen te zijn. De termijnen dienen te worden betaald door overboeking van het verschuldigde bedrag op bankrekening NL04 INGB 0636 6796 24 (BIC INGBNL2A) t.n.v. DJD Stoop-Kentie.

If a booking is made more than six weeks before the date of arrival and the Tenant, despite prior written reminder, does not or does not properly fulfil his payment obligation within a period of two weeks after the written reminder, the Landlord has the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect, without prejudice to the right of Agriturismo Qui Voglio to full payment of the agreed price;

Indien vier weken of korter voor de aankomstdatum is geboekt en de Huurder niet tijdig (overeenkomstig de datum in de factuur) of niet behoorlijk aan zijn betalingsverplichting heeft voldaan, is de overeenkomst van rechtswege geëindigd, waarbij de Huurder overeenkomstig het hierboven gestelde een vergoeding verschuldigd is aan Agriturismo Qui Voglio.

Indien Verhuurder op de dag van aankomst niet in het bezit is van het totale verschuldigde bedrag, is hij gerechtigd de Huurder de toegang tot het terrein te ontzeggen, onverminderd het recht van Agriturismo Qui Voglio op volledige betaling van de overeengekomen prijs, tenzij Huurder en Verhuurder anders schriftelijk zijn overeengekomen.

The extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred by the Landlord, after notice of default, shall be borne by the Tenant.

2. Additional costs

The rental price does not include the change of bed linen for stays shorter than one week, which is carried out on request and for a fee. Prices for this change are listed on the website.

You can also rent a beach towel for a fee. (€ 5,-).

A fee of €12.50 per booking is charged for administration and booking costs

3. Included costs

The Rental Price includes compulsory final cleaning, the towel package (p.p. consisting of 1 large, 1 medium towel and 1 guest towel and bed linen. The Rental Price includes the tourist tax.

Change of towel package and bed linen for stays of 8 days or longer once a week p.p.

4. Cancellation by the tenant

Elke annulering moet schriftelijk aan Agriturismo Qui Voglio worden gemeld. Bij annulering van de zijde van de huurder tot zestien weken voor aanvang van de overeengekomen huurperiode is de huurder aan Agriturismo Qui Voglio geen huurprijs verschuldigd en zal de aanbetaling worden teruggestort.
Bij annulering tussen de 16 en 10 weken voor de aanvang van de huurperiode is Huurder de aanbetaling van 20% verschuldigd.
Bij annulering tussen tien tot zes weken voor aanvang van de overeengekomen huurperiode is huurder 60% van de Huurprijs verschuldigd.
Bij annulering korter dan zes weken voor aanvang van de overeengekomen huurperiode is de huurder gehouden de volledige Huurprijs te voldoen.

5. Cancellation by Agriturismo Qui Voglio

If the Lessor is forced to cancel the agreed rental period due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Lessee will be informed of this as soon as can reasonably be expected and the (down)payment will be refunded.

6. Cancel by corona.

By corona, if you travel and don't want to take a risk, you can't do without good travel/cancellation insurance.

Meanwhile, there are insurance companies that reinsure corona-related events regardless of the travel advisory.

So if you do not want to run any risk in case of an orange or red negative travel advice for Italy, we recommend taking out a good cancellation insurance. Please check the conditions of your current continuous travel insurance. If it does not offer any cover, take out additional cancellation insurance. This can be as little as €85.00 per year. (For example at the ANWB, which has been reinsuring corona-related events since September 2021).

If cancellation is necessary, you will receive a cancellation invoice from us, which you can then submit to your insurance company. This way, we do not lose revenue in case of code orange or red as well. For code yellow or green, our standard cancellation conditions apply.

7. Capacity

It is not permitted to exceed the agreed number of people staying in the flat or room, except with the prior express approval of Agriturismo Qui Voglio.

8. Pets

Pets are allowed in the flats or rooms on request.

9. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the flats or rooms.

10. Damage

Agriturismo Qui Voglio is not liable for any damage whatsoever suffered by the tenant during its stay at Agriturismo Qui Voglio and/or as a result of (the use of) the facilities present at Agriturismo Qui Voglio, including the swimming pool and play equipment, except in the case of intentional and gross negligence on the part of the Landlord.
The tenant is liable for any damage caused by the tenant in the rented property or elsewhere on the premises of Agriturismo Qui Voglio.

11. Completion

At the end of the agreed rental period, the tenant must leave the flat or room clean and swept clean by 10:00 AM.

12. Deposit

Agriturismo Qui Voglio has the right to require a deposit of up to €200 from the tenant at the start of the rental period. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deduction of any costs incurred by the tenant.

13. Warranty

Agriturismo Qui Voglio guarantees the accuracy of the description on its website of the flats and facilities at Agriturismo Qui Voglio.

14. Choice of law and forum

The rental agreement between the Renter and the Letter is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Breda, the Netherlands.

15. Acceptance

The contract is concluded by the consent of the tenant by email in response to the booking confirmation sent to the tenant by Agriturismo Qui Voglio by email, by which the tenant also agrees to the contents of the booking confirmation and the applicability of these general conditions to the contract.
