It does indeed have the appearance, that the angels were once here… That’s how beautiful Loreto is! And we can only wonder whether those angels really lifted the birth house of Mary from Israel to this place through the skies.
Loreto is half an hour’s drive away and is absolutely worth the visit. The basilica dominates the entire center, and rightly so.
