One of the most successful activities is a visit to the Olive Press where we also have our olive oil produced. Oleificio Rosini is a family-run business in San Paolo di Jesi; a few kilometres from us. Nadia is happy to teach our guests what you can recognise as good olive oil, how it is made and how to taste it.
Highlight after that is to experience different applications while enjoying a good glass of white wine. The table will be set in the olive grove and we are sure you will be surprised by the possibilities of various oils with a special flavour....
