1. Rent and payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Payment of the agreed rent (hereinafter: 'Rent') as stated in the reservation confirmation shall be made in two instalments. The first instalment amounts to 40% of the Rent and must be paid within two weeks of receiving the confirmation of the reservation and these general terms and conditions. The second instalment amounts to the remaining 60% and must be received by Agriturismo Qui Voglio, hereinafter also referred to as 'Lessor', no later than six weeks before the start of the agreed rental period. The instalments should be paid by transferring the amount due to bank account NL04 INGB 0636 6796 24 (BIC INGBNL2A) in the name of DJD Stoop-Kentie.<\/p>

If a booking is made more than six weeks before the date of arrival and the Tenant, despite prior written reminder, does not or does not properly fulfil his payment obligation within a period of two weeks after the written reminder, the Landlord has the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect, without prejudice to the right of Agriturismo Qui Voglio to full payment of the agreed price;<\/p>

If a booking is made six weeks or less before the date of arrival and the Hirer has not fulfilled his payment obligation in time (in accordance with the date in the invoice) or properly, the contract will be terminated by operation of law, with the Hirer owing compensation to Agriturismo Qui Voglio in accordance with the above.<\/p>

If, on the day of arrival, the Landlord is not in possession of the total amount due, it is entitled to deny the Tenant access to the property, without prejudice to Agriturismo Qui Voglio's right to full payment of the agreed price.<\/p>

The extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred by the Landlord, after notice of default, shall be borne by the Tenant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The rental price does not include the change of bed linen for stays shorter than one week, which is carried out on request and for a fee. Prices for this change are listed on the website.<\/p>

You can also rent a beach towel for a fee. (\u20ac 5,-).<\/p>

A fee of \u20ac12.50 per booking is charged for administration and booking costs<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Rental Price includes compulsory final cleaning, the towel package (p.p. consisting of 1 large, 1 medium towel and 1 guest towel and bed linen. The Rental Price includes the tourist tax.<\/p>\n

4. Cancellation by the tenant<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Any cancellation must be notified to Agriturismo Qui Voglio in writing. For cancellation on the part of the tenant up to ten weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, the tenant will owe Agriturismo Qui Voglio 40% of the Rent. If cancelled between ten to six weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, the Tenant will owe 60% of the Rental Price. In the event of cancellation less than six weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, the Tenant will be liable to pay the full Rent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

If the Lessor is forced to cancel the agreed rental period due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Lessee will be informed of this as soon as can reasonably be expected and the (down)payment will be refunded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Cancel by corona.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By corona, if you travel and don't want to take a risk, you can't do without good travel\/cancellation insurance.<\/p>

Meanwhile, there are insurance companies that reinsure corona-related events regardless of the travel advisory.<\/p>

So if you do not want to run any risk in case of an orange or red negative travel advice for Italy, we recommend taking out a good cancellation insurance. Please check the conditions of your current continuous travel insurance. If it does not offer any cover, take out additional cancellation insurance. This can be as little as \u20ac85.00 per year. (For example at the ANWB, which has been reinsuring corona-related events since September 2021).<\/p>

If cancellation is necessary, you will receive a cancellation invoice from us, which you can then submit to your insurance company. This way, we do not lose revenue in case of code orange or red as well. For code yellow or green, our standard cancellation conditions apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It is not permitted to exceed the agreed number of people staying in the flat or room, except with the prior express approval of Agriturismo Qui Voglio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Agriturismo Qui Voglio is not liable for any damage whatsoever suffered by the tenant during its stay at Agriturismo Qui Voglio and\/or as a result of (the use of) the facilities present at Agriturismo Qui Voglio, including the swimming pool and play equipment, except in the case of intentional and gross negligence on the part of the Landlord.<\/li>
  2. The tenant is liable for any damage caused by the tenant in the rented property or elsewhere on the premises of Agriturismo Qui Voglio.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    At the end of the agreed rental period, the tenant must leave the flat or room clean and swept clean by 10:00 AM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Agriturismo Qui Voglio has the right to require a deposit of up to \u20ac200 from the tenant at the start of the rental period. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deduction of any costs incurred by the tenant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Agriturismo Qui Voglio guarantees the accuracy of the description on its website of the flats and facilities at Agriturismo Qui Voglio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
