Le Marche has the most delicious grape varieties and therefore wines. It is a paradise for wine and food lovers. From Le Marche come, for example, Verdicchio, Lacrima, Sangiovese, Pecorino, Montepulciano, Passerina. There are beautiful wineries, where you can taste wine and olive oil and often get a passionate tour with stories about the wine, grapes, region, the family and local (organic) products. Often there is no charge for your visit, but you can buy wine and olive oil.
One of the first we visited ourselves was Guerrieri, about 40 minutes away, but then you have something! A beautiful Azienda and you are welcomed very hospitably in the beautiful surroundings among the vineyards of various grapes. With any luck, the owner will take you around his property and tell you all about agriculture, farmers, the world and The Marches.
